About

Two kitchens, one wok.

Budda is a takeout and delivery kitchen where Indian spice and Chinese wok-work share the same pan.

Ginger, garlic, chili, and soy already lived in both traditions. Budda started by refusing to split them into two menus.

Indian soul is the warmth — spice bloomed in oil, tamarind, a gravy with a little patience. Chinese soul is the discipline — a hot wok, a quick hand, a sauce that coats instead of drowning the plate.

Indian Soul,
Chinese Soul.

Everything is fired when the order comes in. There is no dining room and no steam table. You pick it up on Garrett Road, or it comes to your door.

How we cook

Three promises.

Fresh ingredients

Prepped the day they are cooked. If it isn’t good today, it doesn’t go in the wok.

Bold flavors

Chili, garlic, ginger, soy, and spice. Tuned, not timid.

Made to order

Fired when you order. Never held under a lamp.

We cook the way a home kitchen does, just louder. Taste as you go. Finish with acid. Send it out hot.
